I use PSP 2020. Sometimes I like to take screenshots from my tv with a mobile.
I tend to get striping on the image, which I assume is due to the resolution of the tv.
How can I eliminate this? In its original size the image appears ok, but when I resize it smaller the stripes appear.
Advice, please.

Could you post an example? Without seeing the image, it is difficult to give advice.
