DVD MOVIE FACTORY 4 NOT WORKING WELL

I have purchased the movie factory 4. At the begining every thing was going great. But after making only 1 movie the program begun to work not correctly. Infact the program at the moment let me transfer a VHF to the hardisk but when it comes to burn on DVD it stops, and I must restart again the computer from the tower case. Can some one help me on this issue?

You must give us more information, like your computer's specifications, your, burner and the type of DVD you're using. We can't help if you don't give us enough info.

Try closing all other running applications and unplug external devices.

The burner is Pioneer (x8). I am using DVD-R. An the computer is Windows XP with 1 GB. Hope that this information is useful and that it can help me too.

Go to Ulead's website and download the patches. You'll also find a neat patch from Pioneer's website (but if your burner's model is not for that patch, never mind). Try using an RW disc to burn your project - it would save you wasting alot of discs.
