"Page Failed To Load" when saving a graphic
This is a quick error msg that flashes on the screen for several seconds when I have altered a graphic and save it:
Page failed to load.
URL: empty://corel.com/?sku=ult&mode=welcome&tbyb=0
Error: ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME (-302)
ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME
The graphic IS saved where I want it but the auto save does not seem to work.
I have to manually save my image in the auto save folder. I am using the 64-bit app, Win10, Sony VAIO, i7, 16 GIG mem, 1TB, NVIDIA Graphics board.
Any help?
Thanks

It is a known bug. Corel is working on it.

Re: "Page Failed To Load" when saving a graphic
Maybe I'm not reading this thread carefully enough but I can't find any reference by the people having the issue stating which version of PSP they are using, only that it's 64bit of whatever version is being used.

Also are they saving a "graphic" as jpg, tif, pspimage, bmp, or any other of the many graphic files. If you don't provide enough information and others don't feel like teasing out other information then expect little support.
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867

That means to me, that Corel needs no additional information.
In Nov/Dec 2020 there have been several mails / support-tickets I sent and that were answered. Corel support made some suggestions, but nothing works.
But to answer Your question: The problem started with an upgrade to PSP Pro 2021 and I'm using latest and updated Win 10 Home.

Hi
We do not work for Corel, just like you own and use PSP
As such we do not have access to any Corel Support tickets therefor know nothing about this problem.
So if you expect help from the forum then you will have to provide more details, it is quite possible that the guys here can help.
At least now we know it affects PSP 2021
What type of images are you using.
What were you doing when the error occurred.
As far I know the guys that have replied here have not experienced this problem, so I dont know how you will get meaningful replies with the limited info.
If it is a known issue then we dont know of any fix being provided by Corel
However Jean-Luc seems to be aware of this issue, whether this has been experienced by Jean-Luc is debatable.

Re: "Page Failed To Load" when saving a graphic
I experience the 'problem' on my PSP 2021:
- I open an image
- I go to File/PrintLayout
- When the Print Layout page is displayed, I click on the Close Print Layout icon.
- A white page is displayed showing the error message ("Page failed to load... etc.")
- After one to five seconds, this white page disappears and PSP returns to its normal state.
- The error message doesn't crash PSP nor prevents me to use PSP as expected.
- I don't encounter this error message when saving files.
PS: I'm using the Complete workspace.

Re: "Page Failed To Load" when saving a graphic
This error is appeared because the WebView can't recognize the URL Scheme, for example, the WebView will usually recognize only http and https, anything other than these. So WebView cannot parse it to right place, we should use intent to redirect the url. for example – intent://,market://,app://,mail:// etc will not be recognized by webview unless we add a handler to handle these url scheme or by disabling these schemes and only load http and https schemes.
This error has no any specific solution till now. Android user and PC user all are facing this error which needs to be sought out. There's a long-standing bug in Chromium regarding how links without protocols are handled. It occasionally is patched, but seems to keep resurfacing. In some cases, prefixing your links with http:// (or https://) should resolve the issue for you.
Also, in some cases, try to add target="_blank" in your URL Scheme/Code. for example:
<a href="mailto:my@email.com" target="_blank">Link Text</a>
