After receiving a new file I reinstalled my Canon TS6220 printer/scanner software thinking that it might have missed the 64-bit driver but still PSP 64 will not communicate with it. The Canon site administrator assured me that the package included the 64-bit driver.
After reading through many of the posts on this site I realize that I am far from being alone with this problem. Is there anyone who has a solution to the problem? It's a real hassle to have to load the second PSP app just to access the scanner.

I have a similar problem where I have installed the 64 bit driver for my Brother MFC-9340CDW multifunction printer/scanner. Theoretically, it includes the 64 bit TWAIN driver, but PSP in all versions refuses to see it, though it is clearly there in the 32 bit versions of PSP. But I find that using, in PSP, File > Import > From Scanner or Camera works just as well in the 64 bit PSP, though the graphical interface is perhaps not as sophisticated.
Have you tried Import > From Scanner or Camera, or does that also not work in your 64 bit PSP?

I can't get PSP2020 x64 to see my Epson (XP-540) drivers, either as TWAIN or "From Scanner". The 32 bit version of PSP does see the drivers.
Other 64 bit software (e.g. LibreOffice) has no problem. Another example of Corel's programming skills.
