VS 20 Ultimate - Blending mode problem

Everyday I find out another bug.
In my last project I faced an issue in blending mode. I set blending in some overlay tracks. The preview is fine but during render I got instant and random flashes of the image that is blended. Every render creates randem flashes in other frames of the video. So it is not a mistake of mine. Obvously a bug. In order to solved the issue I render the same video about 10-12 time up to the time I was lucky enough.
Has anyone faced such an issue?

How about giving relevant information?
resolutions? file types? blending mode? output codec?

If you make similar project with the sample files it flashes?

Thank you for the answer.

Blending mode is Overlay and Multiply with multiple layers.
The input files are png and BMP s. No video.
The rendered output is 1080p, 25fps WMV.

I have tried to replicate using Blending on Png and Bmp images without problems
I also added Customise Motion to give the images a bit of movement, every render to Wmv looked ok without flashes

Are you able to create a short project showing this problem, create a Smart Package and zip
