Hi!
I have a problem to get Blu-Ray plug-in to Corel VideoStudio Pro 2019-program.
I cannot find download link from Corel websites.
Blu-Ray button missing from my Corel VideoStudio Pro 2019 Share/Disc-menu.
My Share/Disc-menu contains only DVD, AVCHD and SD Card-buttons.
I just installed Corel VideoStudio Pro 2019-program on my computer.
I have before used older versions from Corel VideoStudio-programs but these program versions have had built-in Blu-Ray-features.
I haven't before purchase Blu-Ray plug-in.
How I can solve this problem?

Hi NBGF
and welcome to the forums
Post updated
I was thinking if the Pro version supports Bluray burning, I know the Ultimate version does.
I have looked at the Corel web site but was unable to confirm yes or no.
Using Video Studio 2019 should show the Bluray option between AVCHD and Sd Card options
There is also an option from Help menu to "Purchase Bluray"
Can you go to Help About, what version are you running.
Did you install the Trial version prior to purchasing 2019 and if yes did you uninstall the trial then install the purchased version?
Selecting the Blu-Ray option should allow you to purchase the plugin, from UK shows the price as £6.49
As you do not see the Blu-Ray option I can only think the program has not installed correctly, I wonder if anything else is missing
You can try resetting the program to see if that helps otherwise I would re-install the program again
I would use the Cleanup tool to uninstall the program, https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=59847
First to reset the program re-name the folder 22.0 to 22.0_old
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)
If you cannot locate this folder type %appdata% to the windows search option, will find the roaming folder.
Launching 2019 will create a new 22.0 folder
If you need to retain the library then I would Export the library as a backup.
Settings – Library Manager.

Re: How I can get Blu-Ray plug-in to Corel VideoStudio Pro 2019
Hi!
Thank you for welcoming me to forum.
I found this comparison document which tells that also Pro version should be support Blu-Ray burning.
https://www.videostudiopro.com/static/v ... son-en.pdf
My version is 22.3.0.436 and my Help menu isn’t contains “Purchase Bluray”-option.
I have immediately install normal Corel VideoStudio Pro 2019-version with serial number.
I wasn’t use Trial version at all.
Thank you for information about resetting and re-install procedure.
I have now resetting program (close program, re-name folder 22.0 to 22.0_old and start program again) and I have uninstall and re-install program but these actions didn’t solve my problem.
Nothing didn't changes after these actions.
How I can continue solve this problem?

Your document states that "Burn Blu-ray discs" is a plug-in available for purchase within VideoStudio, i.e. its not included.NBGF wrote:I found this comparison document which tells that also Pro version should be support Blu-Ray burning.
Purchase the "Burn Blu-ray discs" plug-in.NBGF wrote:How I can solve this problem?

Re: How I can get Blu-Ray plug-in to Corel VideoStudio Pro 2019
Hi
Thanks for the link to the comparison Pro to Ultimate
I have version 22.3.0.436 and can see the options to purchase the BluRay plugin, so a bit of a mystery why your program does not show that.
We do not work for Corel as such I think you will have to contact Corel support for their help.
There should be a link for support on the Help menu
I will give it some more thought, you could try downloading the program again, just in case the original files were corrupt in some way.
Run the stub / Web Installer a small file at 7.042 Kb, on the last page will show the installed packs.
The download location should be pointing at the original downloads, please choose a new empty folder
If you have already uninstalled 2019, Download and Install
If 2019 is still installed
Deselect “Do not Download InstalledModules”
Now select Download Only, you can now compare the original downloads to the new.
Use these new files to install the program again.
Out of interest within the 64 bit folder I see an Ultimate folder, this is the main program, do you see the Ultimate folder or a Pro folder?

NBGF is trying to purchase the plugin--- it is the option to purchase the BD plugin that is missing from the program.

Re: How I can get Blu-Ray plug-in to Corel VideoStudio Pro 2019
My Help menu has a "Purchase Blu-ray disc authoring" option. My version is 22.3.0.433 and there are no updates available to get to version 22.3.0.436.NBGF wrote:My version is 22.3.0.436 and my Help menu isn’t contains “Purchase Bluray”-option.
You should contact Corel support directly about your issue as the option is supposed to be an in-program purchase (https://www.corel.com/en/support/).
