How to move video and voice tracks simultaneously on VS ultimate 2020

Post by txitalian »

Hello. I am working on a project in VideoStudio Ultimate 2020. I have 15 clips on the video timeline and 10 audio clips on the voice timeline that are positioned exactly to play during certain parts of each clip. I am wanting to add a standalone title before the entire sequence, but cannot find a way to move the video and voice clips over to the right, so they remain synched up. The only solution I can think of is to export what I have, then create a new project, add the title clip and then insert the completed sequence after that. I am trying to avoid doing it this way if possible, so I am reducing the quality by encoding my sequence twice.

Thank you!

Enable Ripple Editing, on each track the 1st button on the left ( looks like an 8 on its side) is to enable/disable Ripple Editing
Click on the button in the timeline and Enable, it will turn blue, now do the same for all other tracks that have content.
You can now add extra content in the timeline and all other tracks will move right together, keeping their original relative locations
