Sweet, looks like they pushed out a fix. People just have to re-download either from inside PSP or from the email I'm guessing and they'll get the updated installers.

Inside PSP, as indicated by Eric, it does say it's supposed to install to the Desktop. And was one of the first things I noticed when I bought it separately from any Unlimited Bundle. I don't have a cluttered Desktop at all, so I know it wasn't' there on any of my accounts with the original installer. Though why they insist on an installer at all I will never understand. It's just a bunch of images.

Hi, Everyone

Now we had updated the setup file in the store.
So to whom that had this issue, please go to store page and download the setup file again, then the "Coloring Books" folder should show in the Desktop.
This is more easier than that I asked you to send me mail then I replied the content to you .... :D
Let me know if you still have problems.

Best,
Eric

Hey Eric - I saw this after replying to your message - this is so neatbut  but I'm not sure how to find the setup file in the store page - and looked through various options on right from plugin to application to script etc, but I can't seem to locate it

try looking in My Library
purchased packs are usually showing there, you should be able to download and install again.

Really quick on the store. The store doesn't link your purchases to your Corel account. It links them to the email address you used to buy them. So logging in to register your software doesn't connect your Corel account to the Store inside PSP and doesn't automatically download your purchases, at least it doesn't in my experience.

If you bought through the Ultimate Bundle and the coloring book isn't in your "My Library" section of the welcome screen you can try two things.

1) Inside PSP on the menu bar go to Help->Restore Purchases. Enter the email address you bought the bundle under. It should now show all purchases made with that email address.

2) If that still doesn't give you access under the store, go to the email with the download link and just re-download the purchase.

this is a good tip - oh no!!! it didn't recognise my email address <sigh>

So, I looked in my corel account and see it has been registed, but it's listed twice. I've been wondering for days if it was mistake to ignore instructions that told me i did not have to uninstall the trial version and could just put in licence key and use. I did wonder at the time how this would work when trial was not the ultimate version. Oh how frustrating, and I'm not v happy about this has created more work (that could have been avoided) in my already v busy day.

Anyway, as soon as I get a chance I will uninstall and reinstall - and hopefully this fix it and other things.

I saw a space, clicked on new from template, then little arrow to switch to purchased. I'm new so it may be no help.

thanks for suggestion, for me this was included as part of the package but a reinstall has sorted it and seems to be working better.

I'm new to this one as well, and I'm so glad the glitch is fixed ane I've been trying to get the hang of all the features - wow!!! there's so much to this - amazing!!!
