1) Yes I use a separate Administrator account for installing software than the one I use for general daily use. And again, I checked the desktop of that administrator account as well. Nothing there.
2) That is correct
I used the download link for the installer and nothing was installed. I used SysInternals ProcessMonitor to watch everything the installer did. I also have logging turned on by default for all MSI installations and the log file doesn't show any successful file writing.
So, both installing from the email or from PSP directly shows the same issue.
Hi, LeviFiction
Thanks for the information.
Can you try the following thing:
In your order mail, you can download the setup file.
Can you use the administrator account to execute this setup file and see if it can install the content to your system?
Same result. I logged in to the admin account, downloaded an ran the file, still nothing installed on any Desktop. Which makes sense, when installers are run I have to enter the admin credentials to make it run as the admin account.
Still not functional.
It would honestly be easier to create a self-extracting archive and just let the user decide where to extract the images than to use this installer method if you had to insist on making it an executable.
Hi Guys
Some time ago I had a problem I think installing PtoP, the installer just did not appear to do anything, much akin to how you describe
I was advised to delete any entries within the %temp% folder relating to PSP, this I did then launched PSP, same issue.
I then launched PSP, with that running cleared %temp% of any PSP, this time PtoP installed without problems.
The above was possibly affecting my own environment as most had no issues installing PtoP
If you were to provide the download link via PM I will try from my end

Hi, Everyone
Did you see the attached screenshot when you purchased?
There should be a green area describing where to find the content you bought.

If you want to Ire-download the file, you can go to PSP\ Store, select "my library", you should find a list of all the purchased items.
Also, in the order confirmation mail, you can see the "Download" link in the mail so you can re-download again.

Please check and let me know your results.
Thanks.

Hi, I've just joined these boards and I saw your post after trying to solve this.
This was included with a recent purchase but has not worked when I ran it. Your image is helpful, and I've gone to the store area in my app but it's asking me to purchase it - I ran the exe twice no luck both times, and I have received no confirmation email to show that I own this. This is one of the two I am having problems with, the other is a calander bundle.
My understanding from your posts is that you are working on this, please add me to your list of people who are waiting for a solution, and I'm hoping a fix is available soon.
can you please send me the solution as well. The bundled software that was coming with the Black Friday Ultimate 2021 package runs the installer, but nothing is installed. I use RevoUninstaller Pro and it shows no traces of the files anywhere!
I had the same problem with the no installation of the colouring book and Support sent me a zip file, which I opened (pspimage files). It showed in the Welcome My library installed files, as purchased. but not under the New Templates as Purchased items. I asked where I should add it as I wanted it to show in the Template folder as purchased files, and was told that I just open them and use then in PSP (well aware of that!).
It was interesting to hear Levifiction about the using a separate administrator account as a friend of mine has been having lots of trouble installing 2018, 2019, 2020, and now 2021, as the dlls were missing, C++ was not updated and I suspect this may have been a permissions issue. I feel a lot of PCs/laptops now have the system files locked and administrator permission required to install files. I think that is the problem my friend is having. She contacted support who spent 2 hours try to get the 2021 installed and they updates the C++ and left, she was then not able to open the program, partly due to "missing" dll issues and permissions. She does not know how to change permissions and I am sure many others do not know how either. As a result she is getting her money back for 2021!! Her laptop is only a year or so old
I redownloaded the Coloring Books and 2021 Calendar bonuses from the links provided in the email confirming my Black Friday purchase of PSP 2021 Ultimate. I again used Revo Uninstaller Pro to install and again nothing was recorded .... But I just discovered that folders with the associated files are actually created and stored on the desktop! The folders can be located at C:\Users\"username"\Desktop\Coloring Books and C:\Users\"username"\Desktop\PSP Calendar value add bundle. Just moved them into the documents folder where Corel keeps it's files and you should be good!
