Hi,
I'm going to buy my new PC and I wonder: is it possible to install my current version of Video Studio on my new PC? I don't want to buy VS 2020, because I'm waiting for 2021, but I'm afraid that my current version will not be available on new hardware. Is it simple way to move VS from old PC to new PC, or I need new licence?

Re: New PC and question about VS
Hi
Yes you can install Video Studio on a new pc provided the program is uninstalled from the old pc or that pc has failed
This is an extract from the EULA
https://www.corel.com/en/eula/?hptrack=mmftr
"This software is licensed per household or per single address (“address”). except for the Corel products and / or countries listed below, you may only download and install the software on one computing device. you may not re-install the software on a second computing device unless the original computing device fails or the software is completely deleted from the original computing device."
There should be no problems in installing the program on the new pc, once you get the new pc you should be able to use the existing Stub / Web installer to download the program installation files.
whilst installing I would say that you will be prompted to register ( a strange worrying message, if I recall) inputting the e-mail used to register the original program should be used, that will be your Corel account e-mail address.
So you should have no problems.
