PSP 2021 Ultimate Keeps Crashing?

Hi. Only upgraded about 7 days ago from PSP X8 to PSP2021 Ultimate. PSP2021 Ultimate just keeps crashing, so many times it is unusable, and have gone back to using the old PSPX8! I was using the 64bit version, on 4K with my Dell 4K monitor, the same as with PSPX8. Working on just ONE open JPG image, example, 2000x3000 Resolution, start doing some editing, example, adjust the white balance, and then PSP 2021 completely crashes and shuts down! On the desktop I get a box saying 'Recover Images' - 'PSP Pro closed unexpectedly the last time it ran........'. All the editing after the last save is lost! It was happening so many times I had to save the image every minute or two. The purchase date of PSP 2021 7 November 2020. Unless Corel can fix this problem quickly I will request a full refund. My old PSPX8 very rarely crashed and is stable, although a little sluggish. No other problems with ANY other apps, et. Win10 runs very fast with no errors.
Win10 Home 64bit. Asus Maximus Hero VIII, Intel i7 core 6700K, 32 GB Corsair DDR 4 Ram, Asus Strix 980Ti, 1.48TB SSD. Very latest Win10 and Nvidia updates and drivers.

I run 2019 and 2020 (both 64 bit) and am having the same issue with 2021 crashing. (No error, just all three monitors redraw and the program is gone along with any in-progress edits.)

Task Manager confirms it is not running. I loaded the first update a couple of days ago and it did not change the condition so I just went back to 2020 which I still have loaded.

I used to get really angry that PSP new releases never seemed to be entirely right *on my system* (I know, every hardware build is different) so now since 2013'ish I just keep the two previous releases loaded, knowing something isn't going to work right out of the box.

Nothing new from 2020 to 2021 is helpful to me, so I just consider my new licenses every year encouragement for Corel to keep trying. Their product is unbeatable ... when it works.

I have been using PSP 2020 and it crashes frequently. I am considering upgrading to 2021, but not if it has the same problem. I'll wait to see if Corel ever addresses this issue.

Download the trial and see if it crashes for you. All 3 of you are experiencing crashes but not necessarily all for the same reason. Addressing one person's crash isn't guaranteed to fix your crash. Make sure you're using the latest graphics cards drivers, try uninstalling and reinstalling the program, and use the Trial to determine if the new version works on your computer or not.
