Hey guys sorry for more questions than usual. I'm on a demanding project. Sigh.
I was wondering, I have 20 pictures on the screen but I would like to place them into formation. Maybe into a square or circle.
Instinctively I try to click on one and drag it into place, but that doesn't work. Is there an alternative other than going to each one going to Motion > Customize Motion and work on each one, one by one into place?
Each image is on it's own Overlay.
Thanks in advance.
I have 20 individual pictures on the screen. Is there an easier way to move them around into place?

Somehow I posted to the wrong board, sorry!
Now I'm really confused (nothing new). Thought I posted to the wrong board. Sigh.
Okay, I'll try again. What version of VS? I'm having trouble visualizing what you want to do with 20 pictures on a screen at one time.

I think Henry wants a picture grid effect
The laborious way would be to place a clip on the timeline, then place each image on a separate overlay track
Highlight the timeline and select Options, select Effect and check Show Grid Lines
Highlight the clip in the first overlay track, then open the Grid Line options Box, change the grid size to suit your needs
Now the laborious part, highlight each overlay track in turn, resize and drag to the required location in the grid.
Alternatively, search the web for a filter for grid lines

Hi Henry
Need a bit more info
First can you tell us by updating your profile which version of Video Studio you are using, once done we will not have to ask again.
A grid of 20 images would be 5 x 4
Do you need each square to have a border and are they all the same size.
As the images are smaller than original some sizing of each image may be necessary.
First thoughts is to use Split Screen Templates Editor, enhanced with 2020
