When re-sizing 'OK' button is greyed out

When re-sizing 'OK' button is greyed out
PSP 2021, Win 10 64bit. When trying to resize a standard .jpg file the dialogue box opens and the 'OK' button is momentarily active and then greys out and I am unable to resize my image.

In addition, take care if AI-Powered is selected then the New size must be greater than the Original size otherwise OK is disabled

Hi, I have this issue. I was resizing smaller fine, and all of a sudden in the same session, I could not do it. I did all the options in https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?p=382795#p382795 to no avail. I ended up opening a case with support. Waiting on a reply.
