Product Code Issue

I use an older version - Video Studio X6. I had a hard drive failure and I pulled out an older laptop and am trying to load X6 to that machine. I cannot get X6 during installation to accept my Product Code. I kept all of the original documentation - next I logged into Corel and retrieved my Product Code. No matter how carefully I type in the groups of characters I receive a message that my code is invalid. I've tried character groups with dashes in between and not and makes no difference. ANY suggestions very much appreciated. THANKS

If you login to your Corel account (https://idp.corel.com/idp/Authn/UserPassword), you can see if your X6 is registered and if not, you can contact Support.

It's possible that you have reached your activation limit, contact support and ask them to reset your account for VSX6
