"Rocking" a clip

Post by BobSa »

Greetings All

I'm editing Friday nights football game and have a BIG hit. I have made a slow motion replay, but what I would like is ...

Take a small clip and rock it forward and backwards several times. I can "rock" it in VS by the slider and it is cool. How do I get that into the final video?

------------------
EDITED -- I think this will work .. Put the clip back into the DV camcorder and playbackwards with the remote while capturing with VS. Edit as required to make seamless/smooth. ;-)

Thanks for the help.

drag and drop copies of the clip into the timeline - click on one and up the left side of the preview screen click to put a tick in the box marked "Reverse Video" - - do the same with each alternative clip until you have the total effect you want.

Is this feataure included in MediaStudio Pro 7?

If I understand correctly, I can upgrade my Video Studio 7/8 to media studio for about $100?

Thanks
