Resetting PaintShop Pro
FYI - I've added a Sticky topic with the Corel instructions for resetting PSP. I thought this would be helpful as we are often advising users with issues to try a reset.

How about we make a comprehensive set of things to do for newbies to go through and check starting with simpler problems and building up to those requiring full installation.
eg 1. I can't see all the tools or menu items - change to Complete workspace + method how .
2. I am using the paintbrush tool (or some other drawing tool and) on a single layer and it has no effect or little effect - set tool to default - click down arrow by Presets and then the Reset to Default on the right hand side.
Perhaps each of these illustrated with images eg
