When I click on one of the colors in the Materials Palette in PSP2020 it takes around 5 minutes to open the dialog box so I can change colors...it's like it crashes the program for that amount of time. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it but it's still the same.
This is driving me crazy....I hope somebody has some clues about how to fix this.

Try a reset: launch PSP while holding down the Shift key. This will return PSP to its initial state and perhaps fix your problem.
