I'm trying to upgrade
Hi. I have PSP 2018 and I'm trying to upgrade it to the PSP 2021. Is this a straightforward download and install? Is it included in the license I have or am I ordering again? I see a download for PSP 2021 update 1 (or something) but I have no idea if that only works on current 2021 installs. Any ideas? Thanks.

You cannot "upgrade" (transform) your PSP 2018 into PSP 2021. "Upgrade" means a new version. Your PSP 2018 will stay unchanged and you will have both PSP 2021 and PSP 2018.
