speed up entire video

speed up entire video
Can anybody tell me how to speed up the whole video by, say 1.5%? I can see Time Mapping but that only seems to be for a part of the video, not the whole thing.

I deleted the duplicate, the first two posts need approval, now you should be able to post without that delay.
