using visual studio 2019. I want to make a video that is proportion 1080x1920 (tall) for tiktok. how can I create a video that will be that dimension instead of landscape (wide)
(want to include my copyrighted self written music in the video so tiktok will not turn off the sound). sorry to say tiktok is not available for pc desktop so I have to upload video to my phone then upload to tiktok. Thanks!

You can created a VS project profile with a frame size of 1080 x 1920 and a display aspect ratio of 9:16.
