Hi!
Is there any way to mask parts of a vid, in VS?
I am talkin' about hiding either a face [just for example] or a car licence plate number [just for example], or woteva as seen on the news or in 'cop' shows.
I know it can be done in Sonic Foundry/Sony VEGAS, but 'tis tedious and very user unfriendly.
I can do it frame-by-frame in VS, but only versions before 7/8/9 seem to show the source video frame-by-frame in the timeline, but those earlier versions don't allow positioning of the 'mask' image.
I hope I am explaining myself well enuf 2 b understood.
Other ideas are 'blur' and 'pixelate', but VS doesn't seem to have these features...idea for V10? ha ha ha
