I am not sure that it's correct to ask it in this forum, but I am looking for a video editing software which doesn't suffer from silent crashes.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Re: Silent Crashes
There is no such thing as a video editing software that doesn't suffer from crashes, silent or otherwise.
Most pro editors have dedicated computers that only do video editing. That's it, unless they have a photo editor too.
Today, consumer editors are put on computers that have an infinite number of software installations along with the issues that go with that.
If you want a "crash free" editor, try the trial versions of editors out there.
Most of us have several editors on the computer. I have 6, including two "pro" editor.s And yes, they do crash as do other "pro" editors do. One trip to any of the user forums and you will read about them.
Just make sure your computer exceeds the minimum specs required.
