Good morning everyone, hope you are all keeping safe?
My VS10 has a weird little issue that started a few weeks back, having been fine since I installed it.
When you are in the share tab, outputting my project to MP4 (as normal) there was always an estimate of the expected file size.
Now this reads 100mB no matter what the project length.
It's not a big problem and can be easily ignored but I wondered if it was a warning of issues to come?

Re: VS x10 file output size error
Hi Mike
That figure for Estimated output appears to work ok for me.
I added a project 24 minutes which showed as 2.65Gb using MPEG-4 Files 24 bits, 1920 x 1080, 25 fps
Then choosing MPEG-4 Files 24 bits, 3840 x 2160, 50 fps the size increased to 7.01Gb as expected.
I also added a few images, very short projects and those sizes followed the length of the project.
I would simply ignore unless you are having other odd issues, then try a program reset.

Re: VS x10 file output size error
Thanks Trevor
One of two minor bugs going on, but nothing terrible.
I read the horror stories of the later versions and think I'll stay as I am lol
Would a reset remove all customisations?

Re: VS x10 file output size error
Hi Mike
If you attempt a reset yes it will change the library so you should export the library then reset and then import the library.
Assuming there is nothing wrong with the library that is.
But we re-name the folder to 20.0_OLD so we can always return to the older setup
Some info here
http://lata.me.uk/corel/reset/reset.htm
For X10 the folder will be 20.0
It should not affect your project files.
What other issues are you experiencing?
