Hi
I'm running a trial version of 2021 and cannot get AI upsampling to work at all. Resizing an image results in the original image on a larger blank background. Also if I exit the software I cannot get it to reload
unless I reboot the PC. I'm running on windows 10. Is this a common problem ??

Welcome to the forum.
I don't know about the AI, but with the failure to reopen PSP, before rebooting, check in Task Manager > Background Processes. There is often a 'Corel PSP' entry there. Right click to 'End Task'. Then you should be able to reopen PSP without rebooting.
