I've been using various versions of PSP since 2013 because I like the product. I'm not happy right now, though, with Corel or its support services. Corel is constantly pushing its new programs and current deals via my downloaded PSP 2019 and 2021 programs. In September there was an offer for PerfectlyClear V3 for $99.99. Since it's not included in PSP 2021, I opted to buy it and, in a transaction that took place inside my opened PSP 2021 program, I ordered an received the program--only to find out that I had paid $99.99 for what turned out to be the free trial version. I kept seeing signs saying "buy now" but I thought it was a mistake since I had already bought it. A couple of days ago I got a warning that the trial was about to end, so I decided to contact the company to straighten things out. Only there wasn't anyone to contact. I wasn't sent a receipt and the program isn't listed under the "View Your Products" option on Corel's customer service website. When I checked my credit card transactions, the seller is listed as COREL*CRT and I was charged a foreign transaction fee in addition to the $99.99. Googling Corel*crt got no results and I thought I was the victim of fraud and reported it to my credit card company and Corel.
Corel Support Services assigned me a case number and a representative. My initial email to the company, the initial response that the email had been received and all subsequent back-and-forth emails are stacked together in a single chain which is annoying but good, in a way, I guess, because yesterday I got an email from the representative just checking to see if my problem had been solved which was puzzling since it was the first I'd heard from the person assigned to me. But, looking at the chain, I saw there was a previous email sent that I didn't receive--I did a search and couldn't find it anywhere, even in spam. The email I didn't get (but found in the chain) confirmed I had bought the program, included a download link--that didn't work--and said sorry for any inconvenience. Frankly, I don't think getting a trial product for $99.99 (plus a $2.99 foreign transaction fee) is an inconvenience, I think it's fraud. So now my response to the "sorry for you inconvenience" has become part of the email chain and I'm waiting for an answer.
As it stands right now, the trial program has expired, Corel hasn't answered my last email, my credit card company is investigating my purchase as a fraudulent charge, and I'm frustrated by Corel's support services.

Re: Corel Support Services and Perfectly Clear V3
Welcome to the forum -- though I wish it had been under better circumstances...
FWIW, I bought the full Perfectly Clear version 3.5 in November last year. But the link in the Get More part of PSP took me directly to EyeQ (who had at that time recently bought out Athentech, which had previously made the product). So after that, I was dealing with EyeQ, and received a total of 4 emails from them, including a download link which gave me the entire product. So I haven't experienced your problem.
I can't say I have ever seen 'Corel*crt' before either. If dealing with Corel, I would normally expect to see a reference to Cleverbridge who seem to have been their purchasing agent in the past.
Also FWIW, when I bought Perfectly Clear, it was a Black Friday deal for the special price of US$59!

Re: Corel Support Services and Perfectly Clear V3
I would dispute the charge with your credit card company ASAP. Don't wait on Corel, they seemed to have messed up too much on your problem. Don't know when you bought the program but Corel is supposed to have a 30 day money back guarantee too.
