Can I get a refund ?

I upgrade VSP and psp every year. VSP Ultimate 2020 is the first dog I have gotten. Slow loading, sluggish, and will not load large videos (it hangs) that are not a problem for VSP 2019.
I got the Ultimate bundle upgrade (VSP and PSP). I went to Corel.com and can't figure out how to request a refund.
Can some tell me?

Curious about this bundle offer for VS 2020 Ultimate. From past experience, Corel was is horrible with backwards compatibility with previous .VSP files. I lost years of templates upgrading to VS2019 and am extremely hesitant to upgrade now, fearful that projects created just last week will no longer be editable. Did you run into any of this beyond the slow performance issues?

I didn't notice other problems. I am keeping both 2019 and 2020. Maybe an update will improve performance. I think they tried to jam to many things in and slowed everything.

Thanks Mangurian for the reply. Are you able to run both VS versions concurrently on the same machine now? I've always had to uninstall the previous build because all the file/folder/samples/filters/etc pathways had changed their directory paths and would cause countless errors. The worst of which would make VS2019 just shut down - no warning, not alert to save, no modern method to intercept and recover from a simple link error with a mask, filter or sound file. Please confirm you can open both apps without massive crashes on a single system or if you are running multiple heirloom PCs with multiple legacy versions as backup.

I keep old versions because some plugins don't work with newer versions.
