Running Windows 10 Home on a 64-bit system.
PSP generally works normally, however if often refuses to open either directly or when right clicking a file and trying to "open in ... PSP". I have to restart the PC and then it opens just fine... until it doesn't again.
Any tips appreciated - thanks!

It is a know issue with many reports on this forum, I believe PSP 2021 does not suffer as much with this issue.
You should use Task Manager Ctrl+ Alt+ Delete
View the BackGround Processes for Corel Paintshop Pro 2020 (64 bit), select that option, then choose End Task
At least you should not have to re-boot the pc.
