Update:
After losing all restore points following one MS download, another MS download and no internet. Spent all day trying to fix it, no go.
Heaps of crud left over from the VS experiment, too much to manually clean.
Did a Windows 10 repair via the ISO, 3/4 hour later and everything back in order and all software still there.
Thanks for the hand guys, pity it didn't work out.

Testing Multicam capture lite with videotudio 2020 i detected the same problem. Ending within a few seconds.
Checking my camara it proved to be disabled. After enabling in settings Multicam capture lite worked fine.
