cannot process 4 bit audio
I am trying to import a .MOV video file from my dash cam and I get the error "cannot process 4 bit audio data". I have checked the format of the audio and it is 2 channel at 32.000 kHz. If this is the problem is there a way of removing the audio or converting it?

Re: cannot process 4 bit audio
I have answered my own question. Used VLC to updated the audio and now can import the file. Option 3 from here https://windowsreport.com/remove-sound-from-video/

Re: cannot process 4 bit audio
Another approach using just VS is to:
1. select the TL clip and in options choose split audio. That removes the video audio to a separate clip in the voiceover track,
2. click on the audio clip and delete it. This doesn't change the source file, just removes that audio from the project in work, leaving just the visual component of the clip.
render the clip, or add extra edits as required.
