Having problem with fonts; too many
Hello fellow Corel people! I recently tried to modify a photo using a font that I liked. When I got into the font list, I noticed new fonts that I never installed and the one I wanted is now gone. With over 500 fonts in the list, it's a little difficult to locate any font I like. Can someone give me some ideas on how to make a Favorites list of fonts, or can it be done?

Hello,
I don't think PSP has special functions for tagging fonts and such. It just uses and displays whatever fonts are already installed in your Windows operating system. You should probably look for font organizer/manager programs, irrelevant to PSP. Try googling for example "windows font organizer" or similar.

Re: Having problem with fonts; too many
If you have too many fonts you can copy / move the unused fonts to a separate folder on your desktop or in the Documents folder and only reinstall them if you actually need to use them.
The fonts are found in
C:\Windows\Fonts
and with 500 there you have enough to use two different fonts each day for 250 days which I doubt woul be a regular thing.
I know it is a thing to find new fonts you like and add them even though you might not intend using them for som time if ever.
You can look up the common fonts that come with Windows and most of the others will be ones that come with particular programs and some that you have installed.
When you view the Fonts folder there is a blue ? at the top right and clicking this will give a microsoft site with a search window. Type Fonts in there and you will get some interesting information on how to install and remove fonts.
Here are lists of fonts that come with Windows
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/typogr ... _font_list
and
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_t ... ft_Windows
So you can compare your fonts with these to help you decide those ones save to move uninstall.

Another thing you can do is click on the drop down arrow of the font box and type the first letter of the font you are looking for. For example if the font you want starts with a T type the letter T and it will take you to that part of the alphabet. It's not a perfect solution but it could speed things up a bit.

Re: Having problem with fonts; too many
The only way of getting the Corel Font Manager, as far as I am aware, is by buying the expensive CorelDRAW suite. I happen to love CorelDRAW and have version X7. But I would also note that that program installs a wide range of new fonts in addition to those already on the computer. And this is why the Manager is a useful tool there...
