Text Box Moving When Editing

Whenever I edit a text box, the text box shifts down the image a little bit. When I move the box back up or even higher up than it was before and then I try again to edit the text box, the text box reverts back to the lower position. Does anyone know why this could be?

If you're talking about what I think you are, it's a "feature" of Windows. When a program creates a new dialogue without specifying a location it'll just start it down and to the right a few pixels of the previous dialog.This allows error dialogs, message boxes, new windows, to not overlap each other other. If they did overlap they might hide each other.

When I edit text within a Selected area (using the selection tool), this doesn't happen
