On the attached image, I'm trying to change the green lines in the plaid pattern to more of a teal color. How do I go about doing that without changing other colors?
TIA

The task will be difficult or impossible because part of the green lines is not pure green. It is mixed with Yellow.
Try with the Hue Map tool:
Use also the Hue/Saturation/Lightness tool: PS : what do you mean by "teal" color?

Re: How to Adjust Select Colors in an Image?
It's not perfect but I did this with the color changer tool. Had to play with the tolerance, putting it a bit higher, as well as clicking around in different locations on the green stripes to get a decent result. But for the most part this is a single click solution. Then after you click, you change the tolerance and edge softness until you get a look you like. If you don't like any of them, just undo the change and click another spot and adjusting the tolerance.

Re: How to Adjust Select Colors in an Image?
LeviFunction - Thank you! That seems to work also, but as you say, it takes considerable tweaking. Then, it occurred to me, since there wasn't a lot of plaid stripes to select, I tried yet another method (not perfect either): I selected all the horiz and vert stripes with Shift + the rectangular selection tool, created a new layer from the selection, filled it with a teal color and finally messed around with the transparency. Due to the nature of the image, it doesn't seem there's any fast & easy solution but there are ways.
Jean-Luc - I had some success with your method also. Thank you for the screen shots ..and to answer your question about teal, if you know what turquoise is, teal is just a bit to the green side of turquoise (as opposed to the the blue side) so somewhere between green and turquoise is teal.
Thanks to both of you. Very Much appreciated.

Re: How to Adjust Select Colors in an Image?
"Teal" is also the word for a type of bird in English, and I guess the colour "teal" derives from one of the colours on the bird's head. In French the bird is called "sarcelle" but I don't know if this is also used for the colour teal in French...
EDIT: I've subsequently confirmed that "sarcelle" is indeed a colour in French, as well as being a bird!

It's not a perfect method either, but you can also try Selections -> Modify -> Color Range: https://prnt.sc/ulkbj2
Once again, you'll probably have to also fine tune the selection after that, before changing the color. In this example I promoted the selection to a new layer, changed the color with Fill (None), and decreased the opacity of the new layer: http://prntscr.com/ulkdts
