How do you shoot the matches?
If it isn't HFR than you will get traces.

Can you provide a link to a clip that gives you the problem?

Looking up wikipedi for HFR clarifies asik's comment - HFR = higher frame rates. There's a lot of history in the wiki article but the essential element is a frame rate of 48 (call it 50) frames per sec, or more. No hard number but many instances for high res imagery at rates of 50 or more.
Back to your initial post - you cite a result with a frame rate of 30fps. Assuming an NTSC result. And you say the source video doesn't have traces, so have you tried rendering your project at 50 or 60fps??

Hi edmarholanda
What are the properties of the original video file? right click a clip on the timeline and choose properties.
The example.mp4 you provided has duplicate frames within the video that will cause playback to stutter a little.

Place the example.mp4 on the timeline
Pressing the F key will nudge the video frame by frame, each press should advance the video, I notice 4 presses does move the video followed by 2 presses that have no movement, this would indicate duplicate frames. The duplicate frames may differ across the video. ( D key to go back one frame - yes D, we should expect B)
You can also test the original video that you downloaded from YT to check for duplicate frames., If the original has duplicates then you need to download again, How did you download the file?

Are you able to provide the original video for us to download, not the YouTube link, we need to see the video you are using
You can also test the original video that you downloaded from YT to check for duplicate frames

Post Updated
I downloaded the file from YouTube -- Romain Lorentz vs Filip Zeljko—
That also shows duplicate frames, 1 in 5, of course it could be the download that is the problem.
A duplicate frame 1 in 5 could indicate a change of frame rate from Pal 25fps to NTSC at 30fps, just a thought.

Oh
Rendering the video from 30fps to 60 fps, will not help, Video Studio will simply create duplicate frames one for every frame
Playback will look the same.

Ok I have taken this a little further and whilst viewing YouTube we can nudge the video frame by frame
We press the keyboard (.) and (,)
What I see is 2 frames move one static indicating a duplicate frame, what i should see is each frame shows movement each time i hit the (.) key.
