Hi robola,
it may be a long shot, but try resetting PSP by holding down the Shift key while launching it (if you're using a custom workspace, save it first so you can load it back, because the reset will get you back to the default workspace).

Re: PaintShop Pro 2021 - Creative Pack - Photo Frames
Thanks for the suggestion, migf1e. After startup with the shift key, I loaded a photo and tried to get frames. This time it loaded the 5 frames I had moved from "C:\ProgramData\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2021\Corel_09" folder and the same 5 from "C:\ProgramData\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2021\Corel_09\Corel_09_01". Via a "duplicate frames" message, after the file list opened, I could see the first set was from the _09 folder I had copied there from the the _09/_01 folder. The second set of 5 was from the _01 folder itself. The _01 folder actually has 139 frames in it. The other sub folders, _02 through _05, have another 94, totaling 233 frames. I loaded another photo and tried again and the frame list never came up and I was left with the fuzzy oval again. It's as if the program thinks I only have one frame.
Pretty mysterious stuff. I think it's probably time to open a ticket on this.

Re: PaintShop Pro 2021 - Creative Pack - Photo Frames
Have you tried re-installing the Corel_CreativeContent.exe that should give the option to repair or remove
I would try both although think a remove followed by installing would be best.
For me that package increased the Corel PaintShop Pro 2021\Corel_09 folder adding 09-02 and 09-05
Giving me 150 frames available to use
not sure what else was added to PSP?

Thanks, Trevor. Yes, I went through those steps with tech support earlier on. Won't hurt to try again. Still, confused as to why I can see that the files are all in a folder referenced properly in the file locations and have sketchy, inconsistent behavior.

Re: PaintShop Pro 2021 - Creative Pack - Photo Frames
If it helps I have just removed the contents of Corel_09, 5 folders to a new folder on my desktop aptly called Frames.
then File Preferences - File Locations - Picture Frames to add that locations
No problems in doing that and all Frames are available again.

I'm sorry the reset didn't work out. Sounds really weird issue indeed! Is that happening with the latest patch of PSP 2021? Just curious, though I can't help, since I'm on Windows 8.1 and I haven't applied the patch ('cause i have no issues so far).

Re: PaintShop Pro 2021 - Creative Pack - Photo Frames
Release was Oct 8. Running Windrows 10. I had a trial installed for a day or two and then decided to purchase. Instructions suggested no need to reinstall, just update info. I think I'll try a reinstall anyway.

Re: PaintShop Pro 2021 - Creative Pack - Photo Frames
Update - I wish I could be more helpful, but I don't know what I did to finally get my frames. They seem to be functioning OK now. Thanks to all who responded to my plea.
