Need help finding the transparency setting on the Pen Tool

I'm drawing straight lines using the Pen Tool. I can't find where to set the transparency. I'm using Paint Shop Pro 2019 Ultimate on Windows 10 64bit.

Did you try changing the transparancy of the Layer

You don't say if it is the transparency of the layer or of the lines.

If layer:
Draw on an empty vector layer.
The layer is transparent.

If lines:
reduce the Opacity of the layer: in the Layers Palette, right-click on the layer, click on Properties, and modify the Opacity.

That's it. The empty layer works. I tried to do that but I didn't know about creating a empty layer. Thanks.
