Hi mauiwh
In addition to resetting the library we have an option to reset the program, for CVS 2020 this involves renaming the folder 23.0 to 23.0_old
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)

A new 23.0 folder will be created when launching the program, which may take a little longer than usual to clear the splash screen

Some details here, for X10 but applicable for 2020.
