Either it's not working, or I can't find the files. I'm sure I've used this feature before, but maybe not with this version. I load a video clip, position the scrubber to the frame I want, click edit, and then snapshot, or use the option under the capture icon. In either case the menu closes with no confirmation and I don't see a snapshot on the library display and can't find any snapshot files in the working directory. Is this a known problem or does anyone have any advice?
Thanks!

Snapshot is working correctly on my computers, the image appears immediately in the library display and is located in C:\Users\*******\MyDocuments\CorelVideoStudioPro\22.0

Hi, I have changed my pc, so reinstalled Ultimate 2019, and now snapshot doesn't work for me either. Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

It stopped working in both X10 and VS2018. The problem was a Windows 10 update that was pending. A reboot resolved the issue.dumbdumber wrote: now snapshot doesn't work for me either.

Re: Can't get a snapshot in VS Ultimate 2019
Take a snap shot always worked in Project and Clip mode
Clip mode would take an image based on the size and details of the actual file on the hard drive
In Project mode would take a shot using the project settings and as we see in the preview screen, so would include all tracks.
Testing 2019 shows that only the Project Mode option takes a snapshot
Make sure the word Project adjacent to the play button is highlighted, then Edit Take a Snaphot
