Stuttering noise after adding a title

I am recording WEBEX meetings in mp4 format.
If I just play the video as downloaded there are no problems.
If I insert a title with no sound a the front of the video and the render in the same format, I get a stuttering noise until after the title shows.

Any ideas on preventing this ?

Does the stuttering happen just in edit mode or after the clip has been rendered?

What are the properties of your Project (Alt+ Enter)
And the video file (right click the clip on the timeline for Properties) what are they?
How long is the video?
When doing Share – what do you select – try deselecting Smart Render to see if that improves things.
