Sometimes it happens that I have to place two images side by side. For example, I have an 800 × 600px image and I want to put a 200 × 600px image on its right. To do this I have to go to the first image, bring the canvas to 1000px wide and then copy and paste the second image, being careful to be precise. A Join function would be useful. Basically, I select an image, press Ctrl-J and it asks me to select a second image and if I want it to the right, left, top or bottom of the original one. If the second image has incompatible dimensions, an automatic resize is made based on those of the first image and reciprocal positioning, otherwise they are simply merged. I should be able to decide also if I want to change the original image, or if I want to preserve it and create a joint image.

What do you think about?

Sometimes I have to shots of the same subject, for example a landscape, with two different framings with some overlap. For example, the first image shows a house and a tree on its right, second image shows the same tree and a car on its right. I want to create a wider image with the tree in the middle, the house on the left and the car on the right. The image have an overlap which is not perfect anyway, so it is not so easy to merge them. By using an approach similar to the Join function I described in a previous post of this thread, PSP could do that for me automagically.

Would also like if Copy Merged option was placed back on the image tab instead of in the Edit menu (without a hot key to boot!)

For PSP 2022, I would love the return of GeoTagging, I find that invaluable for landscape photography and also Identifying where certain animals I have photographed in the wild were found.
It would also be great to add the ability to tether cameras and integrate PSP editing to photos as they are taken in the studio.
The integration of Aftershot Pro as the RAW editor in PSP since it is far more robust than what is presently in PSP.
Need far more control over what popup ads display and how often. Right now it is very difficult to figure out what Corel products ads can be controlled by my choices.

For what I want to do, currently with PSP2018;
The Warp tools needs a lot of improvement. Allow the warp-mesh to apply to selected elements (as the pick tool does) within the image, not just the entire canvas size.
Allow for square paint brush option, just as for erase tool with same adjustment options.
Allow radius tapering of straight and Bezier curve line ends to a sharp point along with standard width settings drawn with the pen tools via mouse.
Allow more similar adjustments of other chalk & crayon tools as well.
Allow Paintbursh and Airbrush applications to be vector
Pen lines, squares and other shapes should remain as 'vector' for more adjustments, such as while using the 'free' pick or warp tools within a separate layer.
When updating to newer version, make it easier to retain all previous brushes, fonts, and any other add-ons. Not all are tech-savvy in that manner to manually transfer program files.
Better adjustments for color changing tools to identify edges to blend and soften color transitions to adjacent colors.
Less blurring or damaging while altering & manipulating the parts of a raster image with warp tools or any others would be nice too.
The auto-save to temp file comes on at inconvenient times of multi-click actions, allow for temp-saving when user is lesser active within program.

When upgrading the import feature does not import things like my purchases from the welcome area, ie scripts, painter brushes, etc I have to ask Support to add them EVERY TIME I upgrade (I have upgraded all versions up to latest version). It does not import FREE CONTENT from previous versions either.

Also, when making a purchase from the welcome area, sometimes the installer does not specify which folder it is installed in, and it maybe something that we need to add to File locations. I had to get Support to find where it was installed, and even they could not find it straight away and had to do a search for it. (There was no filename or folder name for that installer). Plus I have several versions installed and had no idea which version of Corel it had added it to.

Myself and others find it difficult to find the folder with the Free content, ie photo images etc. Apart from anything that is installed with Presets, or tubes. It is not obvious where it is installed. I would like to merge all the Free Content from previous versions.

Corel folders are now named Corel01, Corel02 etc, and it does not make sense when you are looking for the script folder or plugins Folder etc Is it necessary to have EN etc folders?

Also, would prefer Browse option to organiser its quicker and easier to find things.

In the Batch rename there is a HYPHENATE Option, can we not have the default ticked as I have to untick it every time I use it, and it is something I frequently use for several folders.

Pic to Painter (now known as AI HDR!) I would like to have more image options or be able to add my own options. Maybe to generate textures.

Would like an animation program (framed Gifs) and would like more tool options on Photo Mirage.

Particle shop, would like tips and ideas for each brush set, ie how it can be used,

KEEP the 32bit and 64bit program options, (the 32bit is used for many plugins created many years ago, some of which have not been updated but still work with the 32 bit PSP program, on 32 bit and 64 bit computers (I know the old 32bit Devices are no longer supported!). It would be great for Corel to incorporate some of these "plugins/filters" within the program as many people use these features, and many also have problems installing them, so it would be easier if they were part of the program. I am a member of several groups that use plugins. Myself and others help them with installations of the plugins.
