I bought the 2021 through an upgrade from the 2020 when I was busy and paid 55 euros for it. And it is nice and faster than the 2020. And I use Chrome and after closing the 2020 I got a pop-up.

I have no problems with the keyboard shortcuts.

But many filters don't work and I don't understand that.

You mean built-in or 3rd-party filters?
Can you give some examples of non-working filters?

All Xero filters, the aaa filters, Mura meister, All Factory Filters but you can import these. And some filters but 2021 shuts down and I have to restart again UnpluggedX, Van der Lee

I don't know any of them (LOL). Any chance those filters are 32-bit but you are trying to run them via the 64-bit version of PSP?

No i use only Corel2021 the 32bits.

Something irrelevant, does PSP 2021 keep its splash-screens as separate images in its C:\(wherever-it-installed)\Data\Pro and Data\Ultimate folders, like PSP 2020 does?

Wait a second. If you bought the previous version why are we paying for this version? With all the stuff that Corel broke in the 2020 release like keyboard shortcuts etc. that they did not fix this version should be free or fix all the broken stuff in the 2020 version that we paid for in good faith>>>>>!!! I'm writing to inform you that the issue "PSP-4377 PSP2020 - Customisation of keyboard shortcuts not kept" has been solved in PSP2021 which has been unofficially released today for our long-time customers.
The official release for all customers will be later in August.

That being said, this support ticket will now be closed.

I need to reboot every time I want to start PSP 2021 up.
EDIT: after starting PSP 2021 up and shutting down a few times, it now starts up without rebooting

Will not install on any 32-bit pc/laptop. You are shown the message that it is a 64-bit app.

Aftershot is earlier version than came with an earlier PSP version

Sea-to-Sky photo-editing workspace nice, but nothing to shout about

PSP itself is the same old, same old.

Let's hope it's stable. Haven't tried filters yet in 32-bit apart from a few that came automatically.

Pic-to-Painting is now AI HDR Studio and comes with a few new effects, but takes longer.

I'm still finding out what else there is to find out

Thanks for the update! I totally agree that confirmed major bugs should get fixed with free patches, but we like it or not, in the end of the day it is Corel who have the final say (I think in one of your previous posts you told us they said they wouldn't fix it until PSP 2021).

Thanks also for the update! PSP2021's "refusal" to install on 32-bit Windows may have something to do with @Lies54's issues with 3d-party 32-bit filters? I guess we have to wait till more people test (btw, I think @Lies54 said he/she uses the 32-bit version of PSP2021).

Can you (or anyone else) please tell me if PSP 2021's splash-screens are kept as separate images in its C:\Program Files\(bla bla bla)\Data\Pro and Data\Ultimate folders? If they are, it could mean that my splash-screen-randomizer will probably work with PSP2021 too (with or without adjustments from my part).

We'll probably need a thread for people to list the new bugs in 2021 as well as any bugs carried over from 2020. Just sayin....

One that I've found is when you create a vector image, shape and fill it with a gradient you still can't edit the gradient! Have to duplicate the layer, choose the layer sub layer, then it will edit. Pretty annoying when you do this type off thing reasonably often. Still want work with the new intel DDS pug-in. The nVidia one still works. Just the intel is newer and works better.

Only got it yesterday so that's all so far.

The new AI resize up feature is great tho!

Oh yes! This is perfect, they are in the exact same locations with PSP2020, and if those PNG images have the same specs too, it means that ssr will work with PSP2021 too!
