Layer Styles Bevel Leaving Black Lines on Image

The defect doesn't appear on image bigger than 1000x1000 pixel.

It becomes random at 900 x 900 and 1000 x 1000 pixels but larger than that the black lines don't seem to appear .
Looking back over this thread and reading the OP it becomes clear how we need to provide so much information when describing a problem such that the size, and whether we are using 32 bot or 64 bit versions is important.
As well the OP did the right thing by including a screenshot of the result which would also have reduced the number of questions that had to be asked.

I tested without applying the Picture Frame.
Black lines appear at different places when image's size is different. Very odd.
