Anybody else had issues with this?
Crashing DURING editing
Crashing whilst running the video during editing
Crashing whilst rendering to an mp4
Possible workaround seems to be t save the work as an H264, then re-load and save as an mp4
Ignore ref to Windows 7 . . . . am on Windows 10
Not apparently a machine malfunction. VS version X9 works fine.

Re: VideoStudio 2020 Crashing
Hi Graham
Unfortunately there have been problems with the program crashing to the desktop without warning.
It could of course be associated with the types of files you are using, you do not give any details, although you do seem to indicate converting the originals improves things.
IPhone video sources may use a variable frame rate that Video Studio seems to struggle with.
Even so Video Studio does suffer from crashes.
Have you updated the program by applying the latest service Pack 3 to version 23-2-0-587
As for windows 7 reference you can change that via your User Control Panel – Profile tab

Re: VideoStudio 2020 Crashing
Suggest that you search this form to see the problems that people are having with VS2020 crashing, e.g. https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=67125. FWIW silent crashes have been a feature of VS for years and fixing this doesn't appear to be on Corel's product roadmap.Graham Robson wrote:Anybody else had issues with this?
