This came up on my painshop pro earlier from firewallk I think, (this app has been blocked for your protection?

It is your firewall/anti-virus software. But which? We need to know what firewall you have active as well as which anti-virus software. It may have been stopped simply because it has anti-piracy code embedded which "calls home" to verify that you have a legitimate version of PSP and your security software might see that as malware.

there is an avg and windows defender firewall. I have been having alot of trouble with corel paintshop pro , it is constantly crashing when when I try to make new image, so I have to keep reloading it.. but Corel supose to do a remote access later on.. finaly got the the blocked with firewall fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling, but the constant crashing is a pain
