with reference to below. Does running the listed .exe file on the Corel site download and install the version of VS selected?

Note: If at any point you experience issues installing updates, the following procedure can be used:
Visit http://www.videostudiopro.com/download, and download the latest version of the product. Uninstall your current version using the Windows Control Panel before you install the latest version.

The link will download a small file – web installer aka stub, file size max 10mb, this is used to download and install the appropriate program.
It is the same file you originally received when you purchased the program, of course you should keep the file safe along with your serial number.

The post title refers to service packs, these downloads are not service packs but download program installation files.

But they usually download the very latest version of the program i.e. including the latest service pack.

Do you know if BrianCee still a member of the usergroup?

Brian is still around, though doesn't appear here much anymore. He certainly participated actively in the beta process for VS 2020... His last post here was in early June.

Tanks Ken, I wondered as his input was very helpful in the past.

I have just collected my new computer Ken, so have a bit of reading and down loading to do. lt has a glass side, so it looks very sporty, just hope it performs as good as it looks.
