I bought Multi-Color Confetti Overlays on July 6th.
I am in trouble and who can help?
However, it cannot be downloaded and installed.
When you click Install, the following message appears.
“There is no app associated with this file to do this.
Install the app or make a connection from the main app settings page if it is already installed.”
This is a temporary file and cannot be used.
I understand this as sending a download link as a MOV file.

Have you had any response from Corel Support?
When did you purchase this template (Multi-Color Confetti Overlays.exe). was this with 2020 or an earlier version?
The file in the %temp% folder has a mark after .exe, looks like .exeA, is this normal for you to see that mark?
You show the file in %temp%, I assume you doubled click the file to run
The file only shows as 1Kb which does seem a little small maybe indicating it is corrupt.

The instructions also say that once installed a folder will be placed on your desktop, have you looked on your desktop? I would assume having a similar name to Multi-Color

Corel Support answered today.
He said he would contact the department and send you a download link.
But it is not sent yet.

It is marked as exeA. This is not a file. Click Install
Appears. This is a temporary file and cannot be used.
Nothing appears on the desktop.
In order to appear on the desktop, the download must proceed when you install Get More\
Install. I think this is a problem that appears because there are no links to download.
I see it by Corel's mistake. Link to download exe file is not linked.
I can't solve it quickly, and I asked for a refund, but there is no answer.

Did you see this post regarding Particle Illusion a free standalone version
A lot of effects unfortunately uses a solid background not transparent, renders the effects to MP4, then we could use VS chroma key to remove background
But if you are creating special effects this may be useful, just another option.
Of course you may already own the full version.
