So Working on a video Project on Corel X10, the program randomly crashes even if you play your video clip in program or has a senior moment.
I try to re-launch the program but it doesn't load, If I restart the computer, the program will run!
On Checking the Event Viewer log it shows this bellow any ideas on how to fix?

Re: Corel X10 Closes Randomly
I have no idea why it might be doing this. However, before you reboot the computer, check in Task Manager > Background Processes to see if an element of VS is still running there. If so, right click on it and choose End Task. Then you might be able to restart VS without rebooting.

Hiya Lata,
Yes that worked when I spoke to a robot on the Corel Live Chat a few weeks back he sent me that file and the program launched as it should.
But still trying to look into the Ntld.dll problem!

Re: Corel X10 Closes Randomly
Hi
Apologies for the confusion there.
I notice that the Event Viewer shows the Program files on D Drive, I assume that you have installed the program on that drive.
I know we are allowed to do that and the program should run ok, but it always begs the question to whether that may be an issue
I do not understand why some do install to another drive other than C Drive, but then we cannot all be the same.
To be honest the Event Viewer details mean little to me
Although you say the crash is random, can you say what you are doing when the error occurs, what type of files are you importing to the project, video, audio etc.
If you start a new project and use other video files do you get the same error?
I guess I am asking if you think it is the project that may have an issue or the installation of the program.

I did a search of the forums for ntdll.dll, and had 80 + hits, some relating to pc having multiple monitors
You should do the search.
