Screen capture looks really bad in PSP

Post by skypole »

I am having a problem with a new installation of Paint Shop Pro 2019 on My Microsoft Surface Book 3.

When I do a screen capture, using the snipit tool or the PrtScn key, the image looks great in other applications, but when pasted into PSP the colors are faded and washed out.

Any Idea on what may be set wrong?
