unable to use VideoStudio 3D Title Editor

hello team, I am having a problem, that I am unable to use Corel VideoStudio 3D Title Editor, 3D Title Editor icon is not showing up on above the timeline, and by dragging a 3d text in timeline video track or title track and then double clicking on it does not 3D Title Editor. can you help me please?
and I had also tried to reinstalling it, but the installation got interrupted.

First can you please update your profile to show Corel programs: Corel VideoStudio, CVS 2020 would be sufficient to indicate the program and the version

I would advise that you should not try to install individual plugins like 3DTE doing so is likely to affect any registration or activations that are completed when installing the full program
To correct / fix 3DTE I would think you will have to re-install CVS 2020 as 3dte is part of the Ultimate program package.

For your information,
We noticed today that the program has been updated with a new Service Patch so installing the program should also give you the latest version to 23.2.0.587
As I said you will have to reinstall to fix the 3DTE problem

So when you double-click on the '3D Title' object, the 3D Title Editor doesn't pop-up on the Toolbar per the image? If that is the case, then check if the installation was successful such that you have an executable named 3DTitles.exe installed in a folder named 'VideoStudio 3D Title Editor' (this executable can be run outside of VS).

Are you sure, have you checked C:\Program Files\Corel, should be last folder

If 3DTitles.exe is not on your file system (check using File Explorer) then it wasn't installed and so obviously won't work.

What version of VS2020 have you purchased, as far as I am aware, the 3D Title Editor is available in the Ultimate version only

On your original post you showed the first image having an error after trying to install 3DTE
The second image (in fact all your images) shows the 3DTE icon missing from the tool bar, so yes you have a problem

Please confirm
So when you say you have re-installed do you mean re-installing 3DTE or you have re-installed the full program CVS 2020
As I mentioned running the VideoStudio_3D_Title_Editor.exe can / may cause problems and you are advised to re-install Corel Video Studio 2020

1 / First you should uninstall the program using Control Panel - Program and Features
2 / look for Video Studio 3D Title Editor if that exists also uninstall that
3 / Then running the file VideoStudio_Install.exe 6,984kb (aka Stub) to install the program

Can you confirm that you have completed the above and re-installed the main program.
