Service Pack 3 has now been released, its big, approx 1.5 GB, automatic download and installation, takes a while to install, build 23.2.0.587

Don't know as yet what bugs have been resolved

Robert what I do see is a Downloading Update bar top right of VS UI, that’s new, must have been added with SP2, certainly a welcome addition.

Ripple Editing Copy/Paste still unaddressed. Drag works fine. I had a greenish tint on some videos in a project on an Intel not AMD computer. The new SP3 update eliminated the problem.

No sound in project mode, after using nudge (Alt+Arrow) (Beta-0535)- Fixed, Thanks. Hopefully Audio Fade to Silence will be done in next update. Fade to Silence still reduces the audio level to -36 which is not Silence. Glad to see other problems fixed. Thankfully after numerous calls for support and getting the standard Reinstall, Repair, etc. I had an opportunity to do a video call to fully explain and demonstrate the issues I was having. In testing it was found that there were problems and they would be forwarded to have fixed. Thanks Auz. It would be nice to have an easier way to contact Corel Tech Support who can actually test the Software in a working environment so the user knows if it is a Software Issue or something else without having to make numerous calls and sending emails back and forth for a couple of weeks. I know there are a lot of variables but if Tech Support experiences the same issues, then the user then knows that it is not there Hardware, Software, User error, Software limitation, etc. I am not sure if the front line support are just going by script in their diagnosis but suggesting a Reinstall or Repair on a Brand New install does not instill confidence in the end user about the product. Responding to users concerns with real solutions will only make the product better.
