Failure to delete section from video
I am new to using VideoFactory - I have successfully captured some video, trimmed it at both ends, but have totally failed to remove a few "glitchy" frames in the middle of the video. Any suggestions would be welcome - I've been battling with this problem all week, and am no nearer to resolution!

Whatever you are doing in "Multi-trim" you should see the Video sections on the timeline that you want to "KEEP".
Make sure to click on "OK" after multi-trimming and then Save the project.
While on the timeline make sure the video you trimmed out isn't showing up. The timeline should show only the "Multi-Trimmed" video the way you want it.
Hope this helps,
MD

I had LOTS of problems with this - so I will just confirm with you - "OK" is on the Multi trim screen? And "Save project" is "Save as" from the "Add/Edit Media" screen, "Settings and Options" at the bottom left of the screen?
The Timeline you talk about - which screen?
I managed to complete the project last night - by going straight through to "Burn" - but wasn't sure of what I had done, nor was able to check that what I had was what I wanted!
Thanks for you help and patience!
